1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Keana (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Keana's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Keana at any time.
3. Disclaimer of Results
Keana provides tools for mindfulness, ritual creation, and personal reflection based on manifestation principles. We do not guarantee specific life outcomes, financial gains, or medical results.
The Service is provided for informational and spiritual growth purposes only. Manifestation results vary by individual and depend on personal application and external factors beyond our control.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Keana cancels it.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Keana, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Keana operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
